Dome

Dome is a new interdisciplinary Design Studio based in London, founded by friends Tom Whiteway and Jonathan Blayney. The duo met whilst studying Product Design at Central Saint Martins, where they shared a common interest in each others projects and went on to establish the partnership in 2014.

Their work ranges from product and furniture design through to interior projects. The balance between clean lines and a functional aesthetic embodies Dome’s approach. A strong understanding and respect for manufacturing processes is central to the pair’s philosophy and is evident throughout their work. Based in their London studio workshop they believe that experimentation and research through making is key to finding new and innovative solutions for their designs.

Dome launched their first surface design project, the EDIT wall tiles alongside their A. clock at this years Clerkenwell Design Week.
