It’s easy to be familiar with Alessandra Branca’s trademark secret and her definitive usage of red and yellow. Her style is always rich with color, gorgeous fabrics and strong architectural design elements. Together all the surrounding elements create comfortable and elegant spaces.
Born and raised in Rome, Alessandra has called Chicago home for 30+ years. She acquired her love of classical beauty from her Italian upbringing and those roots still speak to her soul today. She believes living well involves comfort, elegance and a touch of whimsical and she interjects this in her wide spectrum of projects.
Alessandra‘s sources of inspiration differ from the architectural influences of Rome – Italy, the city in which she was raised and where she experienced the exquisites of classical art. Her work has been featured in countless magazines, including Architectural Digest, Town & Country, The New York Times, Veranda, and Elle Décor. She has been recognized within the industry with awards from House Beautiful Master Class and won designer of the year from the Merchandise Mart in 2016.
She also has a great passion for architecture which means a great yearning for detail. Using colorful reds and antiques that determine one’s personality, the most important part of Alessandra´s work is the union of practicality and beauty.
