Lorraine brings with her over 30 years of experience in architecture and interior design. LRI Hong Kong has been responsible for a number of highly prestigious design projects over the past five years. In the field of F&B design, Lorraine and her team developed the designs for the Macallan Whiskey Bar, the Drei Kronen Beer Factory, and the Twinings Tea House in Hong Kong, as well as the Club House at Season’s Place and the German Beer Garden at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Beijing.
