Katia Bates is the President and Creative Director of Innovative Creations. She is a well-known leader in home furnishings and decor, as well as an enthusiastic promoter of home fashion in terms of trends and colors.

Katia is a second-generation interior designer who co-founded Innovative Creations in 1996 with her husband Tom.

Katia, a native of Venice, Italy, has extensive knowledge of both Italian and European traditional styles, as well as authentic contemporary and transitional designs.
