Élan Collections

A multi-line showroom for the interior design industry is called Élan Collections. with a professional team to assist with, among other things, furnishings, accessories, wall coverings, and textiles.
In 1999, Ken Vacca relocated to Las Vegas from San Francisco. After 25 years of working in sales and administration for designer apparel, Ken launched his own business at the recently opened Venetian Hotel.
Years later, Ken was talking to a friend about a job opportunity at her company when she stopped talking and said he would hate the job, but he should meet her friend Jan Gerrity. That was the beginning of Ken’s new career. Ken realized that the Gerrity Group was the ideal place for his sales and design interests.
His collaboration with her took a terrible turn when Jan Gerrity was given the ALS diagnosis. As Jan and her husband Ron struggled with their illnesses, Ken stepped up to boost sales and keep the business open. Ken and Ron planned to disband The Gerrity Group when Jan passed away, but Ron persuaded Ken to continue Jan’s work, and Élan was born in 2009 as a result.
In 2015, Ken acquired a new Showroom and then contributed to its creation. Elan moved into their new 6,150 square foot space on July 1st, 2015, ready for the next phase.
