Lynne Hunt London has created a relaxed and contemporary bohemian chic interior for this family residence, nestled in the hills on the western side of Ibiza island. The contemporary architecture is enhanced with textured claywork’s paint finishes along with local natural stone accent walls. A striking spiral staircase adorned with contemporary and colorful eye-catching artwork, from the owner’s private collection, sits comfortably on the warm-colored local stone textured walls.

The offices house corporate entertaining spaces, reception areas, private offices along with the trading floor and several meeting rooms. Mulberry Walk | London
This traditional Chelsea exterior contains a contemporary family home! Lynne Hunt London worked with private clients to create a family-friendly home. The interior has a contemporary feel with crittal doors to the main ground floor of the house, complimented by a textured Arte wallcovering throughout the stairwell, which is flanked with custom bronze and brass balustrade with larchwood Element 7 wide plank flooring, with Catry custom carpet runner.

Laucala Island Resort | Fiji
Laucala Island is a small, private oasis lying to the east of Taveuni, Fiji. Just 5km long, it was owned until 2003 by the family of publishing magnate, Malcolm Forbes. The resort has now been transformed by its current owner, Red Bull co-founder Dietrich Mateschitz. His brief to Lynne Hunt London was to design the interiors of every building on the island – including 25 villas, the Plantation House Restaurant, golf club, pool bar, spa, Sea Grass Lounge and beach bar – and, with architects WATG, to create a truly original, idyllic South Pacific island experience.
50 Kensington Garden Square | London
Located in bustling Notting Hill, 50 Kensington Garden Square is an exclusive residential development. Lynne Hunt London were commissioned to space plan and design 30 luxury apartments converted from an existing office building.
Drayton Gardens | London
Set behind a traditional red brick pillared façade lies the contemporary interior of this Art collector’s home. The brief was to create a subtle backdrop to showcase the contemporary art in both large-scale format, video works, along with a collection of sculptures. The main living room is finished with a larchwood wide plank floor, a gas woodburning fireplace sits within the original marble traditional fire surround which has concrete effect lining. The large-scale sash windows are enhanced with subtle linen drapes on bronze french rails.
