Eau Spa, located inside Palm Beach’s Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, is a glamorous 40,000-square-foot space that puts the focus on indulgence and relaxation. The spacious retreat takes advantage of the tropical location by flowing seamlessly from inside to outside, with every turn offering a peak of the lush gardens, fountains and blue sky outside the spa’s windows.

This is not a spa that takes itself too seriously—begin a visit with a glass of champagne and then make a wish in the spa’s wishing well (which combines healing earth, air, fire and water elements), next stop at the DIY Scrub and Polish bar to customize your own scented scrub. Before your treatment, lounge in the alfresco “Self-Centered Garden”—a tropical oasis lined with draped cabanas, a central dipping pool and plenty of chairs for lounging. Inside in the Bath Lounge, you’ll find an ideal post-treatment escape, with disco-ball-accented steam room and a whirlpool featuring an overhead waterfall and inhabited by oversized rubber ducks.

When it comes to rejuvenation, though, the spa staff takes its job seriously, with a full menu of massages, body treatments and facials targeted to each guest’s needs. The spa menu focuses on personalizing your “me time” around pause, play or perfect through scents, colors and music. “Pause” treatments include lavender and mint scents, blue color therapy and relaxing music.

“Play” treatments feature citrus and eucalyptus scents, red color therapy and upbeat music. “Perfect” treatments offer ginger and vanilla scents, gold color therapy and stimulating music. After a visit, pick up some plant- and flower-based products by Red Flower or a treat from the full range of candles, jewelry and accessories found at the spa’s onsite “bEAUtique.”
