TRUMP INTERNATIONAL HOTEL & TOWER

Champagne and Caviar are the inspirations behind the interiors of the stately and well appointed Trump International Hotel and Tower. The design intent was to instill the building with a sense of heritage while still appearing modern. A cohesive aesthetic was created throughout the hotel interiors (including the restaurant, spa, pool and residences) by using key motifs and richly textural materials.

MARRIOTT HOTEL & SIGNATURE RESIDENCES

The internationally renowned Marriott hotel is redefining expectations with their new, two phased condominium. The Signature will add flair to the community while providing condo residents with a lavish lifestyle, and offering exceptional services from this global hospitality industry leader, on an a la carte basis.

Residents have exclusive access to the Marriott’s outstanding amenities, including stunning rooftop terraces, a party room, a fully equipped fitness center, a grand ballroom with 41/2 -Star dining, spa services and room service. The amenity spaces at The Signature will act as the ultimate hotel experience all year round.

THOMPSON HOTEL ROOFTOP

The first international expansion for the popular boutique hotel group. Since opening, the Thompson Hotel 3,000 square foot rooftop, boasting one of the best views of the city, has become the summertime ‘it’ spot! And when looking at the finished product, it might surprise you to know that we not only custom designed all the features, but did it in 8 weeks!
