Sometimes occurs that anyone looking for his future house falls in love just seeing it. Of course there are houses that “enter through the eyes”. What is the reason for this? The last was the decision point to buy the house of his present owners. We can find the house in the middle of Valencia’s Barrio del Carmen. Once acquired, its new owners just had to transform it into an elegant and distinctive place to live, according to their tastes and personality. They called Cota Cero Interiorismo
Diana Artíguez, from the studio, took a display of materials and textures to achieve the objective given. She opted for golden walls with hammered affect, also leather, metals and woods. The idea was to combine these elements to create a palace environment. The high ceilings of nearly 4 meters contributed to this.

This contrast games and that intention to “play” with decoration are seeing in the amazing entering hall, where we can observe the aged mirrors. Also the Vescom closets, a warm and an elegant silk Persian carpet, the astonishing Murano crystal lamp, with transparent screen from Flos and the chaise longue by Zanutti.
Moreover, the library with lots of old books, which intensify the aged high-class house idea. And big black wood and crystal doors that separate the area from the living room. By entering, in the living room, the violet velvet sofas catch your attention, same as the huge pedestals, which contribute into the heights game. There’s also a bar that with its complements reminds a club bar from the 70s.
The illumination chosen achieved a light and dark combination, using the holes in the ceiling to create an indirect light that reminds the art deco style.
The bedroom keeps the illusion of “living” in another age. Giving great importance to the bed heads, sewn and designed by Cota Cero. The main bedroom is made in wood with golden finishes.

That baroque style makes a contrast with the demi nude walls. One thing to mention, the lamps on the nightstands in the main bedroom are from Delighfull and are named Amy.
To end up, the kitchen is a wide space with a peninsula configuration where the cocking are is located. Next to it there’s a bar with some bar stools for breakfast or fast lunchs.
