A single-family modern building, situated on a plot with a beautiful view of Varna Bay, near the city of Varna. The house is divided into three levels – one underground and two above ground.

The “Day” area includes a spacious living space – panoramically open to the southwest part of the yard, a dining area, a kitchen, a guest toilet, and a laundry room.
