Total simplicity in a two-color symphony of black and white that dialogs with the view, the world’s most breathing cityscape. That is how Teresa conceived this project from the very beginning.

The whole design in anchored to the panorama and embodies the concept of past luxury and American myth.

The interiors provide a frame for the multi-storey giants that never sleep and create patterns of metropolitan light with their pulsating coloured glow.

Conceptual Minimalism and total whiteness, as if we were tiptoeing through the space and then clapping our hands now and again; echo comes in the gilded lamps and mirrors that hark back to an opulent past and serve as a reminder of the building origins, when it was the trendiest hotel in NYC.
