GdeV Arquitectura, Interiorismo e Imagen borns from the synergy between two professionals from architecture and interior design with experience in and out of Spain: Ignacio García de Vinuesa y Juan Sobrino. Their careers merge in 1994 to establish a design enterprise that gathers all the creation process and development of a building, place or home.

Afterwards, in 2000 they created the enterprise “Gente de valor, construcciones y reformas”, for them being able to carry out their project’s construction, due to the difficulty of finding enterprises that control the whole process in the correct way with a tight price.

In the year 2003 they found Overseas Collection, an enterprise to carry out home decoration projects and furniture and decoration selling to their clients: with the office and storage in Madrid.

In the year 2006 it’s opened a GdeV branch office in Cartagena de las Indias in the Colombian Caribe; also they have another fully operating branch office in Miami since October 2007 (due to the projects being developed in the USA right now).

So they offer the control of all the project process: search of the area, local or flat, concept of the project, build license and activities and their processing, resource management, corporate image, work carry out… always keeping in mind their client’s needs and with the tightest prices on the market.
