Millimeter Interior Design Ltd. is established in 2007, which is specialized in residential and commercial interior design. The quality of design and project management are our primary concern. After spatial planning, functional analysis approach is adopted to achieve the best results for clients within budget and time limit.

The Project

This unique property in Sha Tin, Hong Kong, was designed and modernized by local architects Millimeter Interior Design Limited and features an impressive contemporary design concept. The foundation walls of the already 40-year-old object have been fully retained and enclosed by a new modern facade. This way the property received a brankd new look and was saved from demolition.

A sustainable green approach and the reduction of environmental pollution were the main objectives in the design of the residence. This is reflected by environmentally friendly features such as the lighting system that automatically turns itself off, the reduced use of air conditioning and an extensive solar system. Furthermore, a maple tree is placed in the center of the house. The application of chrome elements and panels and the use of LED lights give the property a futuristic look.
