Artistic Elements is the best luxury showroom and interior design studio in South Florida. Drew and Katya Thompson, a husband and wife duo, are in charge. Drew is an established businessman with an MBA, and Katya is a licensed interior designer with numerous international awards. Artistic Elements can offer a singularly personalized luxury experience because of their combined talents.

The design team at The Artistic Elements is made up of a group of gifted and considerate designers, project managers, and marketers who take pride in offering only the best experiences. Our multicultural studio’s comprehensive business, technical, and creative skills enable us to tackle and complete even the most challenging projects.

The concept of Personalized Luxury underpins everything we do. It is reflected in our designs, from the concepts we develop, through to the thoughtfully layered details we create with artisans and craftsmen.

Meet Katya Thompson Director of Design

Katya studied civil engineering while living in Eastern Europe, where she was born and raised. She was immediately drawn to the fascinating field of interior design when she emmigrated to the United States. She began her career with several iconic fashion brands, including Fossil, BCBG, Guess, Marc Jacobs, and others, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Oklahoma. For these companies, she designed retail storefronts in the US, Canada, London, Frankfurt, Singapore, and other important global hubs.

She was given the chance to work with a Los Angeles-based designer who specialized in high-end residential design because she is a registered interior designer. Katya enjoys many facets of engineering and building, but her primary passion is interior design.

Katya claims that it enables her to express herself in a much more liberated and original way. She is able to include a wide range of aesthetic themes into her work because to her Eastern European heritage and extensive travels. The goal of Katya is to create a design specifically suited to your preferences and way of life.

Meet Drew Thompson – President

Drew Thompson comes from Illinois, where his family has operated an electrical company for three generations. He earned an MBA from Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois, and a B.S. in Business Management from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida. He has held numerous executive positions during his career, with his most recent one being CFO and Vice President of a sizable building product manufacturer.

He had the unique responsibility of working with designers and architects from all around the world to specify their requirements and create custom versions of his items to suit them. Due to his experience in project management, budget management, and vendor relations, Drew is able to provide Artistic Elements’ clients a special benefit.

His desire has always been to collaborate with his wife Katya, and in February 2020 they took the risk and bought Artistic Elements. He is thrilled to be able to provide South Florida a truly exceptional interior design experience.
