It’s now time for Best Interior Designers to explore this elegant project in New York that will support the idea of a modern decor vanguard of enlightened living.
While the interiors were overseen by Kravitz Design, Manhattan-based architect, Andre Kikoshi was responsible for the exterior design of 75 Kenmare. Alongside his experienced team, the architect aimed to “make a striking, contemporary statement to complement NoLita and its architectural landmarks”.
The building will be officially completed in fall 2018 and will be comprised of 38 homes, ranging from $1.7 million to over $12 million.
Every space of 75 Kenmare provide sweeping views of the neighborhood and feature unexpected contextual details as well as impeccably polished amenities. Kravitz Design made sure to keep “downtown authenticity alive”.
As you can see by the computerized project images above, the interiors of the houses at 75 Kenmare are expected to be elegant, modern and truly appealing to a demanding clientele.
The images show a harmonious design connection between the rooms and the project itself, but the main idea that stands out is one of comfort, simplicity and modernity.
