This interior design project is definitely not a typical rustic and charming home that first comes to our minds when we speak of Italian residences. Ultimately luxurious, full of golden details and futuristic elements, this project is anything but typical. A pair of extremely talented, young interior designers from Ukraine – Vitaliy Yurov and Iryna Dzhemesiuk – created the apartment in Italy for a private investor. We already had a chance to hear about the designer duo last year thanks to their amazing, dark and mysterious project of an apartment in Paris.
Contrary to the Paris project, these interiors are bright and filled with light. Strong and vivid colors add freshness to the whole design. Traditional techniques and materials, like marble fireplaces and decorative wooden flooring, blend here seamlessly with modern furniture and futuristic shapes. Classic artwork stands here right next to modern graffiti. The idea behind this mixture of styles is showing the flow of time in one space.

Living room of this modern apartment is perhaps the biggest evidence of a timeflow idea that guided the designers. Here we have it all – noble marble carved in decorative details and plain metal shelves. Beautiful, classic floor and modern sofas. Like a display of two eras that decided to move in together and reached quite a successful compromise on decor.
Amazing golden cabinet in a hallway. Walls were decorated with rich ornaments, paired again with a very modern lamp.
Stunning black and red dining room creates nice contrast with white and green living area.
Interesting hapes of black bathtub and sinks against white marble give the bathroom the most futuristic vibe of all the rooms.
Kitchen is probably the most simple and “just” modern space of the house.
Furniture and lighting used in the design belong to some of the world’s top furniture brands. You can find here pieces from Baxter, Minotti, Poltrona Frau, Kristalia, Amuneal and Boca do Lobo in the living and dining rooms, lighting from Delightfull, Flos and Hive, and bathroom elements by Maison Valentina.
We can’t wait to see what is going to be the next amazing interior design project by the Ukrainian designers!
