He continues to acquire painting methods in England as part of his studies. He returns to Spain after completing various interior design courses at the London Polytechnic School. In the world of décor, where he continues to establish himself as a trailblazer every year, his debut exhibition at Casa Decor 98 gained him the appreciation of the critics as well as a privileged position. He has been working on numerous significant projects since 1996 and has established himself as one of the rising stars of interior design and décor.
It works on a variety of projects, including the renovation of several Paradors, including the Parador de Hondarribia, Carmona, or Salamanca, and the integral decoration of the new Parador de Corias, which was inaugurated in 2014; annual exhibitions in collaboration with the dressmaker Lorenzo Caprile, with whom he designed the scenery for the Berlin Opera Ballet directed by Nacho Duato, the project for the Club House in a Golf Resort on the Alicante coast, various private houses, the Paris Hilton store style book, combining all this with his teaching work at the Faculty of Architecture of the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
The following are some of his most recent projects that we want to call out: various spaces in the Real Club de Tiro de Somontes, restaurants with various specialties, such as Japanese food (Chic Sushi), organic food, like Huerta de Carabaa, or the impressive old Greenhouse in the Los Peotes garden center in La Moraleja.
The accolades he garnered for his numerous Casa Decor appearances—best project and jury prize in 2016, and finalist with the Origami space for Loewe in 2018—are noteworthy. We specifically point out the Interiores Magazine award for professional career in 2017 and the AD award for Interior Designer of the Year in 2018.
