This project reflects the client’s love for design while needing to have a functional workspace.

THE ENTRYWAY

The entryway sets the tone for the rest of the house. In a New York Penthouse, it is mandatory to have a bold and unforgettable one. This statement entryway welcomes the guest in great fashion.
With the right design pieces like a big mirror, that keeps the guests curious about what’s next, it is possible to achieve that look. The Angra Sideboard is fully covered in black high gloss, inspired by the cliffs of the historical city of Angra do Heroismo in Azores Island, Portugal. Paired with the handcrafted glamorous Soleil Gold Sconces this entryway really is a taste of what’s to come in this Luxury Modern Penthouse.

THE LIVING ROOM

Like the city, Boca do Lobo Design Studio’s projects are always bold and over the top. This living room matches that identity while being welcoming at the same time with the extremely comfortable Soleil seating set and the Imperfectio armchair. Both these pieces have opposite styles but come together in a perfect union in this eclectic living room. The Metamorphosis Centre Table coupled with the Stonehenge Side Table brings a natural feel into this artistic room, with outraging details that break the mold of contemporary design.

When designing an exclusive home, collectable design is essential. To achieve a luxurious exclusive look, Boca do Lobo pieces were the best choice. From the matching sofa and armchairs to the enormous suspension lamp, the living room design is completed by the amazing White Garden rug provided by Rug’s Society.

THE LOUNGE AREA

When it comes to spacious houses, it can be hard to tie everything together but music makes it better! This lovely piano is the connecting piece between luxury and a warm-hearted feeling. Boca do Lobo presents the ultimate recreation of a vintage piano tailored to give rise to a unique piece, embellished by the Filigree technique.

On the opposite corner of the room, the lounge area was expanded to create a soothing and relaxing corner. The unique Imperfectio Armchairs keep the same gold-toned look going throughout the house.

THE DINING ROOM

Neutral tones were used in the dining room in order to combine multiple design concepts into one cohesive ambience. At first sight, this looks like a simple Dining Room, but if you look closely, you’ll notice a lot of beautiful details. The Soleil dining chairs have a really simple and calm tone apart from the gold detailing on the back. Adding to that, there’s also an intricate black and gold cabinet that creates the link between the simpler dining room and the rest of the New York Penthouse.

THE OFFICE

Although the office was designed for working it doesn’t have to be boring. This office space is the perfect balance between seriousness and creativity. In the center, the Boulevard desk is an example of this duality. The bookcase in the back makes the space feel more professional, while the rug brings creativity into the room as well as the mirror and sideboard bring originality.
