Isola

Isola Design District is to be found next to contemporary architectural excellences such as Piazza Gae Aulenti, Bosco Verticale or the Unicredit Tower. Within this context, a new system made of typical courtyards, shop windows, indoor and open spaces has been created to showcase projects of international emerging designers and local artisans.

5VIE

Bringing style, energy, and diversity to Fuorisalone, 5VIE is one of the richest areas for culture and creativity and better still, it’s located in the heart of the city just a stone’s throw from cultural strongholds like the Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and Via Montenapoleone.

Tortona

Tortona Design District is almost like an exposition of the latest design trends. Lofts, photographic and design studios, showrooms, workshops, fashion ateliers and industrial sites in the district are transformed into exhibition areas where, each year, over one hundred companies present their best products from their previous years.

Brera

For all those who are attending Milan Design Week, the Brera Design District is a mandatory stopping point. It’s like a parallel universe you will remember for life and for sure you’ll feel the need to come back every now and then. From digital marketing to concept and graphic design, with all that is in between, Brera has a bit of everything.

Salone del Mobile Milano 2023 (18-23 April)

The event’s opening days are exclusively reserved for industry professionals. The Fair opens to the general public on Saturday 22 April and Sunday 23 April. Students may visit the Salone on 21, 22 and 23 April. Events run from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. for the press; visitor events run from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The Salone is easily accessible by public transport, by train, from the airports, and by shared taxi, with one station for each Gate (East-South-West). Inside the fair site accessibility to all the spaces is also guaranteed to people with disabilities and those with reduced mobility thanks to accessorized paths and services.

Salone Internazionale del Mobile

Each year, the Salone del Mobile brings its “good looking” and “well made” products back onto an internationally important stage, whilst also being proof of how the evolution of the trade fair process can be accelerated. The event has always been a testament to an extraordinary curiosity, willingness and openness to discussion and to a tremendous ability to progress, innovating consolidated formulas. Over the last few difficult years, the Salone has initiated a concrete revision of its exhibition format, geared to continuing to generate value for the entire design community.

International Furniture Accessories Exhibition

Launched in 1989, in response to the growing demand for decorative goods, the International Furnishing Accessories Exhibition has become the sector’s leading event, showcasing an increasingly varied and comprehensive selection of excellent pieces year by year, encompassing the entire home furnishing system, ranging from decorative objects, furnishing accessories and textiles for the home.

Workplace3.0

Workplace3.0 is an innovative exhibition area devoted to design and technology in workspace planning, that confirms its vocation as an exploration of brand-new approaches, forms and solutions to the workplace “of the future”, in which the human factor and smart technologies have a vital role to play.

S.Project

S.Project collects design products and decorative and technical interior design solutions. In complete synergy with the Salone Internazionale del Mobile, The International Furnishing Accessories Exhibition, Euroluce, Workplace3.0 and SaloneSatellite, S.Project selects and valorizes manufacturers’ proposals, providing a 360-degree perspective on interior architecture and responding to the latest market demands.

SalonSatellite

Founded by Marva Griffin in 1998, SaloneSatellite is the Salone del Mobile Milano event dedicated to designers under 35, which aims to facilitate the relationship between business and young designers preparing to enter the profession, post-study, and the market.

Euroluce

Euroluce, now in its 31st edition, gets the exhibition layout rethought, so as to guarantee better connections between the four pavilions, simplify the visitor path into an irregular loop, inspired by the street plans of traditional Italian towns – and, equally, to increase exhibitor visibility, ensuring that they each have a decent amount of space. The City of Lights will be the concept and the common thread running through the exhibition. Power of imagination and concrete vision will characterize the interdisciplinary cultural content, turning Euroluce into a positive hub of emotions and knowledge.
