LuxDeco Studio | Making The Ordinary Extraordinary

LuxDeco Studio design philosophy is simple – Interiors Matter. Our behaviors are constantly evolving and, these days, we spend around 90% of our lives indoors: in homes, where families evolve; in restaurants, where grand romances begin; in schools, where growing minds are nurtured; and in offices, where we work towards our dreams. These, and many more, are the backdrops to life’s most memorable moments and each one has a significant impact on us, some without us even realizing it. And, so, LuxDeco Studio creates interiors that matter—the kind of interiors that are worthy of life’s memorable moments.

The Palm Penthouse | Dubai

Located on the beautiful Palm Jumeriah, this 13,000 sqft penthouse is LuxDeco Studio’s second project for a Dubai-based client and is scheduled for completion in 2023. The property features a wrap-around balcony with unobstructed ocean views which will provide the perfect setting for the clients to entertain their family and friends. LuxDeco Studio designed bespoke joinery in every room of this magnificent penthouse in an effort to maximize storage. A soothing neutral color palette has been chosen to ensure the impressive artwork will take center stage. Each finish and material has been carefully sourced from the most exquisite materials around the world.

Marylebone Mews | London

LuxDeco Studio worked closely with the client while furnishing this compact yet beautiful Mews house in the heart of trendy Marylebone. The brief was to create a contemporary London home which was achieved by combining a modern blue color palette with darker woods and bronze metal accents. The property had minimal natural light so LuxDeco Studio added custom chandeliers and wall lights to enhance the space. The luxurious principal bedroom features a custom velvet headboard with a brass metal inlay, wenge bedside tables and Murano glass table lamps. An improved layout and layers of durable fabrics ensured that this Mews property would satisfy the young family’s needs for many years to come.

South of France Villa | Antibes

Situated in the glamorous French Riviera, this two-bedroom garden villa is the ideal holiday home for a London-based client. The interior design features a neutral color palette with green-hued accents and contemporary furniture. Multifunctional joinery was commissioned in the principal bedroom to house the TV equipment and double up as a desk/dressing table. The kitchen, living room and bedrooms all feature sliding doors opening out onto the newly landscaped private garden. Outside, LuxDeco Studio furnished the custom-made cabana and salt-water pool with teak furniture sourced from Atmosphera in Italy and added bespoke outdoor cushions to mirror the interior color palette.

Knightsbridge Townhouse | London

A beautiful Grade II listed home, this Knightsbridge project bears all the beauty of a quintessential London townhouse—classic Georgian facade, intricate cornicing, tasteful wall paneling and floor-to-ceiling sash doors. LuxDeco Studio maximized the inherent elegance of the project with a transitional design scheme of silken textures, bronze metals, crystal lighting, refined drapery and high-gloss finishes. The team was responsible for designing and coordinating the full refurbishment, including full FF&E, custom joinery, commissioning of contractors and project management.

Paris Pied-à-Terre | Paris

The City of Lights is the storied location for a contemporary take on a Parisian interior from LuxDeco Studio. A guidebook on understatement, the modern project features considerately crafted furniture, homages to design icons (Pierre Jeanneret chairs, Serge Mouille lighting and the like) and a blend of Paris’ design past and present through Art Deco-meets-minimalist styling. Color is used sparingly in keeping with monochromatic Parisian style and each room boasts an eclectic mix of contemporary art—the ultimate defining feature of a Parisian apartment—which is showcased against the project’s gallery-perfect white walls.

Dubai Villa | Dubai

This special commission saw the LuxDeco Studio’s team design and furnish a large-scale project located in Dubai‘s prestigious Jumeirah Golf Estates. The brief for the year-long project was to create a luxe but comfortable home for a growing British expat family. For the ground and upper levels, clean-lined modern furniture and a neutral palette were chosen to reflect the villa’s contemporary architecture. For the daylight basement level, a traditional style was introduced with button-tufted leather ottomans, wood paneling and a handsome pool table. The project’s scope ranged from concept design and visualization to custom furniture creation, design development and full project management.
