Following MonacoHong Kong, and Mexico, the partnership continues between Ricardo Giraudi, creator of the Beefbar restaurant concept in 2005, and interior architects Emil Humbert and Christophe Poyet.

During the Second World War, the old dining room of the Langham hotel in Paris was walled up to hide it from the Nazis, since it housed a work of art made in 1898 by the architect Emil Hurtré and painted by Jules Wielhosrki.
