Concept designs establish the overall look and feel of a project and how the key spaces will be used and it will be achieved by establishing the client brief, examining the building’s architecture and creating a design narrative for your project. Initial spatial planning, mood boards and sketches will be provided to bring the concept to life.
Interior Consultation
This is a professional consultation to explore how you would like to make the most of your home and bring it to life with imagination, creativity and within budget. The consultation usually takes 1-2hrs, which helps to establish a great rapport, as it’s important to understand your personality, lifestyle, taste and your design style. You will discuss ideas, inspirations and practical requirements so that your preferences can be identified to create a design brief and agree on the scope of the project. Following the consultation, you will receive a detailed proposal for the work. Based on the size, scope of the project and access to the project for measurements and or provision of plans, subsequent meetings to explore and develop a full project brief may be required. Once the interior design proposal for the project is agreed upon, you will receive full details of the design stages and fees involved in your project.
