As a Design Principal, Duff is responsible for developing the creative initiatives and generating ideas that form the foundation of the design. He is involved throughout all phases of the project to ensure that his design vision remains strong and consistent at every level of detail and construction. His attention to detail and sensitivity to program integration plays an important role in the development of a design.
Since joining the firm in 1996, Duff has worked on a number of civic, institutional, recreation and community-oriented projects. In 2008, Duff was awarded the prestigious Ontario Association of Architects Award of Excellence as well as an Athletic Business Facility of Merit Award for his innovative design of the Recreation, Athletics and Wellness Centre at the University of Toronto, Mississauga.
