The Projects
EAST Hotel is a high-end, contemporary hotel that has been designed as part of the wider, mixed-use INDIGO development in Beijing. Connected to the 68,000m2 INDIGO Mall and the 58,000m2 INDIGO ONE commercial tower, EAST Hotel is so much more than the usual stand-alone, business hotel.

Within a small foot plate of 49,000m2, Benoy’s Team ensured the design could accommodate all the facilities required of this ‘Brand’ of hotel. As such, the 369-key EAST Hotel includes 23 suites, a Business Zone, a two-storey Executive Lounge, a Fitness and Well-Being Centre featuring an indoor infinity pool, sauna, massage pool and gymnasium.
Located between Beijing’s 4th and 5th Ring Roads, the development is perfectly located for business with close proximity to the capital’s National Exhibition Centre and International Airport.
Jewel Changi Airport (Jewel) is set to be an exciting new attraction for Singapore’s Changi Airport.
Designed as a comprehensive mixed-use development, Jewel will feature indoor gardens, retail and leisure offerings, a hotel and facilities for airport operations.
Benoy is the Interior Designer and Retail and Aviation Facilities Planner behind the project, working alongside the consortium of designers which is led by Safdie Architects and includes RSP Architects Planners and Engineers.
Benoy is proud to be appointed to the Battersea Power Station renovation and regeneration project. This icon is being brought back to retain its importance in
the London skyline.
The firm is collaborating with the site’s developer on various roles throughout the design process. As the Retail Advisor on the Power Station itself, and the substantial residential project with retail provisions on the lower levels, Benoy will provide its expertise to ensure Battersea’s significant retail offer is viable and successful.
Benoy also has a major logistical advisory role for the masterplan ensuring that all the various Phases work as one integrated development as well as a further significant role in the basement levels.
