On the western outskirts of Birrwil is created by autumn 2013, with a strong character, distinctive face therefore coming Terrassensiedlung “BELLA VISTA” with 15 residential units. Adjacent to the agricultural zone three playfully downslope running Terrace add rows, each with five residential units subtly into the surrounding countryside. Traditional elements of the grown village structure will be implemented in a contemporary architectural language.
