Illulian Celebrates 60 Years with Boca do Lobo Arts and Crafts
Illulian it’s an exquisite brand, from Italy, that focus on creating the most amazing high-end rugs. Boca do Lobo sits on the concept of the expression of art and craftsmanship. Sharing the idea of the value of craftsmanship, they decided to come together and establish a partnership. This collaboration represents itself as a massive event at Illulian’s private showroom, on April 12th.
When Brera Meets Mid-Century
It was Bredaquaranta Fatebenefratelli’s showroom that hosted an incredible event featuring the brands Delightfull and Essential Home. “When Brera Meets Mid-Century” was the name of this party that focused on creating an exhibition that had the concept on the luxurious Mid-Century furniture exhibition.
Guiltlessplastic
Guiltlessplastic is the name of the famous Rossana Orlandi’s exhibition. The purpose is to create a challenge for every design community, to come together and find the solution of plastic pollution. Ro Plastic Prize it’s the first edition and intends to recognize the best projects that face this challenge. The best projects will be presented as finalists at Rossana Orlandi’s gallery during Fuorisalone 2019.
Manzoni by Tom Dixon
Manzoni is an incredible restaurant designed by the prestigious designer, Tom Dixon. This project will sit on the concept of both a restaurant and a showroom. The restaurant is already opened in Milan and one of its highlights is the Fat Collection, Tom Dixon’s new upholstery chair range.
“Zaha Hadid Design x ME Milan Il Duxa” is the name of the exhibition of the worldwide known designer Zaha Hadid. Its purpose sits on the explorations of architecture and product design. There are available multiple items such as furniture pieces, lighting objects, vases and accessories. This exhibition at Fuorisalone 2019 also features collaborations with amazing brands.
At Fuorisalone 2019, Kartell will celebrate its 70th anniversary with “The art side of Kartell”, an exhibition conceivedby Ferruccio Laviani, the event’s co-curator alongside Rita Selvaggio. Located at Milan’s Palazzo Reale, until April 12th you’ll get to see this amazing exhibition, that celebrates their innovative design.
Moooi – A Life Extraordinary
Located at Mediateca Santa Teresa, via della Moscova 28, at Fuorisalone 2019, Moooi presents their exhibition, “A Life Extraordinary”. Until April 14th, you’ll discover novelties, such as The Party, a singing chandelier, by Kranen/Gille, The BFF Sofa by Marcel Wanders, and many other pieces.
