From the inside out, object to the landscape, creating the Studio Arthur Casas is closely linked to a horizontal scale, where what matters is dialogue in designing programs that can go from a chair to a neighborhood, influenced by a modernist spirit that is Brazilian and contemporary while remaining cosmopolitan.

The team of designers, architects and urban planners is divided between Sao Paulo and New York, and has works in several cities of the world such as Tokyo, Paris, Rio de Janeiro, New York and São Paulo, creating a recognized vocabulary and published internationally.

About Arthur Casas…

Degree in architecture and urbanism in 1983 from Mackenzie Presbyterian University. Founded the Studio Arthur Casas in 1999. Its architecture that spread through New York, Paris, Tokyo, Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro and especially in São Paulo. Develops both residential and commercial projects so that it is quite characteristic. He participated in two Architecture Biennale in Sao Paulo in 1997 and 2003 and the Buenos Aires Biennial in 2003, 2005 and 2007. In 2009 lectured and was awarded the XII Bienal de Buenos Aires. He was invited to talk about his production workshops in Chile, Argentina, Mexico, USA and Spain. In 2007 he released a book about his work and his relationship with the city of São Paulo and is now in its 2nd edition.
