The 52 story residence is located right in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach and spans over 2.2 acres located right on the beach. The Ritz-Carlton Residences are ideally situated with Miami and Fort Lauderdale International Airport, Bal Harbor Shops, and Aventura Mall just a short drive away; a prime location where residents can experience South Florida and everything that comes with it.
