ESTUDIO TERESA SAPEY is a multidisciplinary team of architecture and industrial design with its headquarters in Madrid since 1990. It’s a studio interested in design energizing spaces for different sectors, and involving ephemeral installations, graphic design and product design.

Projects born from emotions and feelings with the objective to produce results able to transmit them to their owners; they are experts in project development with a delicate impression emerged from the built space. Humor, color and harmony relate the users with the space. The work style talks about thinking and expression freedom. Combining creativity, functionality, art and design, produce spaces that communicate ideas clearly.
Moreover Estudio Teresa Sapey is the only specialized team in the refurbishment of the “no-spaces” (like subterranean spaces, parking, roads, tunnels, trains, stations or abandoned buildings) that in general, are not considered aesthetic valid places, re-thinking and re-designing them.
Teresa Sapey, architect and Italian designer, studied architecture at Politecnico di Torino, where she graduated in 1985 to complete her academic formation in Paris with another degree BFA in PARSONS The New School for Design and a Máster in L’Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Paris La Villette.
Nowadays is plastic investigation teacher in the Universidad Camilo José Cela in Madrid and she’s been guest teacher in many foreign universities like McGill University of Montreal, Carleton University of Ottawa, Waterloo University of Toronto or Domus Academy of Milan.
