Ruth Kennelly and RK Designs

Ruth Kennelly is founding director of RK Designs and a leading interior designer in Ireland for over 15 years. Ruth’s previous experience in international project management for firms such as British Steel informs her intuitive ability as a designer. Following a B.A. International from University College Dublin, Ruth went on to be accredited in interior design with Rhodec International, and has also studied fine art and antiques with the Professional institute of Irish Auctioneers and Valuers.

She is a nationally recognised expert in interior design and a regular writer and media contributor on the subject. She has been listed in The White Book Who’s Who of Interior Designers 2013. The work of Ruth and her studio has featured on television programmes such as RTE’s Showhouse & publications such as The Sunday Business Post, Social & Personal, The Irish Independent, and House and Home magazine. Their projects include restaurants, beauty clinics, as well as numerous types of office interiors.

Suzie Mc Adam

Suzie Mc Adam is an Interior Architect and award winning design blogger based in Dublin, Ireland. She studied Architecture before receiving a BA in Interior Design from DIT. She lives in Blackrock, Dublin with Mischko her Husky, where her design studio is also located. Her design consultancy offers services in both residential and commercial interior design.

Suzie is featured in the RTE TV series, “Fergal Quinn’s Retail Therapy” and “The Takeover” as a Retail Design Consultant. She has lectured in Interior Design at the Drogheda Institute for Further Education and was acting Online Editor for Interiors Directory. She has also launched a textile collection which features prints of her abstract works in Watercolours, Acrlyics & Mixed Media which were inspired by her favourite landscapes, seasons, locations and moments in Ireland.
