Lauren Coburn is a professional member of the Chicago Architecture Foundation Auxiliary Board. Having successfully completed the CQRID exam Lauren is a profession member of the Interior Design Society. Lauren has intimate knowledge of design, having earned a degree in interior architecture from the School of Art Institute of Chicago. Lauren enjoys the challenges of beautiful design and believes good communication between client, designer and architect achieves spectacular results. She prides herself on making her clients happy and patiently guides them through all aspects of the creative design process.
She has been honored to design spaces for the Holly Hunt Showroom and the Merchandise Mart of Chicago, among them Dining By Design, Design With Antiques, and DreamHome. Her interior draw many periods and styles to create unique looks of their own. Her expertise in integrating antiques into modern settings, designing custom furniture and combining contrasting stylist elements defines her successful style.
Lauren has been featured in publications such as Chicago Home Magazine, Elle Décor and the book Spectacular Homes of Chicago, just no name a few. In recognition of her achievements to date, Lauren was voted One to Watch by Merchandise Mart of Chicago.
