Amsterdam-based studio concrete develops concepts in architecture, interior design, urban development and brand development. The house of concrete – company’s office – is based in a listed building on the Oudezijds Achterburgwal in the middle of the red light district. The building is an annex of the Oudezijds Voorburgwal 101 and dates back to 1880. The entire team of 40 professionals is distributed over the 4 storeys of the building.
It’s a place where architects, visual marketeers, interior designers and graphic designers work on the projects in an interdisciplinary way. Concrete builds brands, produces the architectural and interior designs and urban development plans, in combination with the main presentations and scale models. Concrete’s clients can be found everywhere around the world, from the U.S. to Asia.

Concrete believes that functionality has no style. Instead, designers reinvent themselves, adapting according to every project’s needs. Their goal is to create aesthetically pleasing buildings and interiors that work, that function. The success of that approach was proven by multiple awards the studio received for their commercial projects.
